Imagine joining them—finding a workout routine you love, creating your dream body, mindset, and life. And it's not just a dream; it's a transformation we can achieve together with the right approach to training and lifestyle.

The Challenge: Finding the Right Fit

I know you’ve tried countless trends, studios, and gyms, searching for that perfect fit. You feel too tired, stressed, or busy to commit, and even when you do, progress plateaus. Many women I work with are high-performers, juggling demanding jobs and family life, struggling to find a fitness routine that aligns with their lifestyle, supports their families, and works harmoniously with their bodies for sustainable results.

My Experience & Expertise

I understand this struggle completely. I've always had a busy life—from 11 hours of dance a week alongside school, to juggling a full-time honours degree and four jobs, to now running a business, teaching up to 20 classes a week, parenting full-time, mentoring my team, and still making time for personal practice and family. I share this not to boast, but to show you that I know what I'm talking about. Yoga and pilates have been my constant companions through every season, providing incredible support. People often ask how I manage it all. It’s not a secret; I want to share my approach with you.

The Kynd Solution: A Balanced Approach

So are you ready for the secret? Here it is. For you to create balance in your life, your routine has to be balanced. You need an approach that is flexible around your life, has variety and is holistic. Yoga and Pilates offer this. And that’s our core business at Kynd. Prove to yourself that you’re strong through pilates or barre and you can do anything you put your mind to. Sometimes it feels impossible to get through 8 more pulses but you do it! If you can push through challenges in our classes, you can absolutely move through challenges in life! Now, want to flow around your life with more grace and ease? Let’s practice flow on the mat in yoga or literally any of our signature flow classes. I’ve done the research so you don’t have to. The happiest people in the world, the most satisfied and the most effective people all can access a flow state. A flow state is where you are presented with a challenge, have the skills to meet that challenge and then rise to it. We do this in class. So that you can achieve a flow state in your life. Now, strength. The reason why you’re not getting results is because you’re not pushing yourself. Some of you push yourselves too much. True strength training for women only needs to be 2-3 sessions per week to nearly failure. That means you’ve got to get comfortable with things being ugly, hard and get your hands dirty. But the rewards are aesthetic and physical progress and more than that, a stronger mindset to truly chase your dreams.

So…the key? A balanced routine that's flexible, varied, and holistic. Yoga and Pilates provide this perfectly. Kynd's core offering.

  • Strength & Resilience: Cultivated through pilates mat, reformer and barre

  • Flow & Grace: both on and off the mat through yoga, pilates flow and reformer flow (only at Kynd)

  • Sustainable Strength Training: True strength training for women requires only 2-3 sessions a week, pushing you to your limits. It's about embracing the hard work and reaping the rewards of physical progress and an even stronger mindset.

“But I can’t fit it all in”

And you’re probably wondering how you can fit all of this in? 2-3 strength and heavy sessions per week mixed with flow and grace will create the balance you’re seeking in body, mind and life. That’s it. I’d say your ideal routine will be perhaps 2 x strength classes (mat or reformer) and 2-3 flow or cardio classes (barre, yoga or pilates). Want to move everyday? The best thing about Kynd is that you can practice everyday because of our varied schedule and offerings. So perhaps it’s 2 strength, 2 pilates mat and 2 yoga with 1 yin. That’s a perfectly balanced weekly routine.

But maybe your kids need you more this week or your roster is all over the place at work and so you need even more flexibility? Get your classes in with our on-demand library through the app. Truly any possible routine you want to create for yourself, can be created with Kynd in 2025!

My Journey & Get to Know Claudia/Kynd

I've been there! I understand the demands of a full life. People constantly ask how I manage it all – work, family, and building my dream. The answer? These practices. I didn't start Kynd as a trend-follower. I teach because these practices changed my life, and I want to share that with others. Fifteen years of practice, over a decade of teaching (and I'm not even 30!), have shown me the profound impact of yoga and Pilates. It’s not just the physical benefits; it’s the mindset shift, the inspiration that keeps me going. I couldn't keep up with my business, my family, and everything else without them. Now, I’m blessed to offer this in a beautiful space, 7 days a week.
