  • Are you pregnant?

  • Do you want to move your body?

  • Do you feel well enough to move (for your body and/or mind)?

  • Is your pregnancy uncomplicated or low-risk?

  • If not low-risk, does your healthcare provider give clearance to participate in yoga and/or Pilates?
