The Kynd Reformer Residency is built on a workback scholarship model. Your $500 deposit secures your place. The remaining balance? You work it back by teaching at Kynd — and you're paid at the casual award rate from your very first class.

I've spent the last however-many years training the teachers who now run the reformer floor in Cairns. I built the Residency because I watched too many talented practitioners finish their certifications and still feel nowhere near ready to teach a real room of real bodies. So I made the training I wished I'd had — one where the studio floor is the classroom, where mentorship doesn't end at graduation, and where employment is built into the offer from day one.
