Our upbeat barre class. Play with movements from ballet and conditioning modalities, as well as Pilates and gym class classics.

Harness the power of your breath. Expand your breath, expand your energy, expand your vitality (life). Learn timeless techniques and new practises to regulate your nervous system.
Mynd
Meditation
A 30 minute group meditation practice. Open to everyone who has attended our Learn to Meditate Course as some knowledge and a regular practice is required.
Entwynd
Prenatal
Most of our classes are pregnancy-friendly if you're feeling good and are moving through an uncomplicated pregnancy.
We offer pregnancy courses, workshops and childbirth education to support your empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Postpartum
Mums & bubs and creche classes. Bring your bub along to our mums and bubs classes offered Monday - Friday in studio. Creche classes are 5:30am, 6:30am and 9:30am Monday - Thursday.
