Every class at Kynd uses the same style names across every discipline. Once you understand what FORM means, you know what Reformer FORM, Mat FORM and Yoga FORM will feel like — before you've even read the description. Find your level, then explore every discipline at that level.

Fundamentals Novice — Beginner
Learn the method properly from the start. Slower pace, explicit instruction, no experience required. The best place to begin.
Form Beginner — Intermediate
Refine your technique and deepen your precision. You know the basics — now you do them better. Alignment and control are the focus.
Flow Intermediate
Continuous, seamless, immersive. This class doesn't stop to explain — it moves. Prior experience with the discipline required.
Strong Intermediate — Advanced
Heavy load, progressive overload, working to near fatigue. Science-backed strength training principles applied to Pilates movement.
Sweat Intermediate — Advanced
Cardio-driven, high energy, music-led. You will sweat. You will leave buzzing. Conditioning meets movement.
Sculpt Intermediate
Musical, full-body burn. Barre DNA without a barre in sight. Rhythm-driven and genuinely addictive. A class in its own category.
