Hey Kynd Community! April is our birthday month (can you believe it’s been 3 years?) and to celebrate, I have put together a Wellness Festival spanning a whole weekend in studio.
We’ll go on a full historical journey if you come along to our Kynd Member Night 2024 (members only - head to your texts to find the booking link), but here’s some piccies of the journey so far.
and some of you have been moving with me since:
2019 (when I lugged my barres in my white toyota echo around town),
2020 (when I created my own online barre, yoga and Pilates subscription site - which was just before everyone started doing it),
2021 (when I opened the current studio),
2022 (when I was pregnant and ran a million trainings in the hopes to cover myself while I went on “maternity leave”),
2023 (when I took my eyes off the prize for a hot minute whilst figuring out our first year as a new family),
2024 (present day)
So…it’s really been 5 years together for some of us and I AM JUST SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL.
To access the most exciting festival this year (mostly because splendour is cancelled), here’s what you need to do:
Purchase a Kynd Wellness Festival 2-Day Pass to access as many classes and workshops as you like on both Saturday and Sunday HERE OR
Purchase a Saturday Pass for all classes and workshops on Saturday 13th HERE OR
Purchase a Sunday Pass for all classes and workshops on Sunday 14th HERE OR
Purchase a class or workshop individually at the drop in rate (ranging from $15-$55).
If you’re going to come to more than one class or workshop in a day, a day pass is the best option. If you’re going to come to 3 classes or workshops over a day or the whole weekend, the 2-day pass is the best value.

7am Saturday morning Pilates is currently only open to members to book. Get in quick before I open to the rest of the Kynd community and public.
8:30am Saturday morning Yoga is currently only open to members to book and is extended just for this special weekend to a 90 minute practice. Get in quick before I open to the rest of the Kynd community and public.
10:15am Saturday - manifestation workshop. I asked you all on instagram what you are interested in and this workshop was the most popular. I’ve run a goal setting and manifestation workshop for years (and continue to refine it). I hope you’ll join me and I would love to learn more about your hopes + dreams.
1:00pm Saturday Pilates Form Workshop. This was also highly requested and I’m excited to go into more detail with you all and see how this positively impacts your movement!
Book 1pm Pilates Form Workshop
3:00pm Saturday - join me for a classic throwback Dance Cardio 45 minute sweat sesh. My day ones know exactly how this goes, if you’re new hear, just wear some sneakers and prepare for a fun time.
8:30am Sunday Yoga Form and Alignment Workshop targeting the physical and energetic. We’ll cover some basic and complex movements, break them down and build them up.
Sunday Yoga Alignment Workshop
10:30am Sunday - Kyndness Workshop on making kynd choices in all areas (to yourself, to others, to the planet). I welcome questions so that I can give you the most relevant and impactful information.
1pm on Sunday Helen is offering a group reiki energy healing experience. If you haven’t done a class with Helen yet, you will absolutely love her and her nurturing energy.
3pm on Sunday Helen will guide you through a breathe (modern breathwork practice), which is designed to regulate your nervous system, release stress, remove blocks and facilitate the experience you desire.
To close the festival, Helen and I will turn my general Sunday Yin class into a super-charged yin + sound + energy session. It’s yin as you know it PLUS sound healing (bowls, chimes and more) PLUS energy healing in savasana).
Then, I’ll see you back on the mat from 6am Monday for our usual studio classes.
