I see the sacrifice it takes to make it to one 50-minute class. The organisation. The mental load. The guilt for leaving the house. The pure tenacity of carrying a baby, crossing the threshold of birth — then keeping that little person fed, alive and loved while still showing up for everyone else.
No one is shouting from the rooftops about how strong you are every single day. So allow me.
This week I want to celebrate every single one of you. The mamas doing it without a village. The mamas raising neurodiverse kids or kids with complex needs. The mamas aching to become mamas. The mamas who've lost babies. The mamas who've lost their own mum, or never had the mum they deserved. And the mamas who feel like they've lost themselves somewhere along the way.
