Kynd in 2025 is designed to completely transform your life. Yoga and pilates honestly changed my life forever, and I'm thrilled to bring that same freshness to our Cairns community.

And traditional studios, with limited class times, often don't fit the bill. Even commuting just to or from a class can be a major barrier!

My Journey & Get to Know Claudia/Kynd
I've been there! I understand the demands of a full life. People constantly ask how I manage it all – work, family, and building my dream. The answer? These practices. I didn't start Kynd as a trend-follower. I teach because these practices changed my life, and I want to share that with others. Fifteen years of practice, over a decade of teaching (and I'm not even 30!), have shown me the profound impact of yoga and Pilates. It’s not just the physical benefits; it’s the mindset shift, the inspiration that keeps me going. I couldn't keep up with my business, my family, and everything else without them. Now, I’m blessed to offer this in a beautiful space, 7 days a week.
