What if I have back or neck issues?
Many of our clients manage ongoing injuries. Kynd is form-first and intelligently taught. Email us if you're unsure before purchasing.
What if I'm not fit or flexible?
Flexibility and mobility are results of the practice — not requirements for starting. Show up as you are. You'll feel better walking out every time.
How often should I come?
3 classes per week or more. Body shifts at 10 classes. Mind at 20. Life at 30. COMMIT is designed to make that consistency inevitable.
What does "lock in your rate for life" mean?
Your Birthday Sale rate stays the same indefinitely — regardless of any future price rises — while your membership remains continuously active. Cancel, change and return later and it doesn't carry over.
Mat vs Kynd Unlimited?
Kynd Unlimited includes reformer + all mat classes. Mat-only options exclude reformer. If you love reformer or want the full experience, choose Kynd Unlimited.
Where do I collect my grip socks + gift pack?
In-studio at Kynd Stratford. Show your purchase confirmation at your first class. Socks with all options. Gift pack with weekly memberships only.
Will these sale options ever be available again?
No — not at these prices, not with these inclusions, and some of these memberships (like FLEX Mat and Unlimited Mat) are retired and won't be offered again after this week.
How do I know the timetable suits me?
Please check our timetable before purchasing. Refunds aren't offered for change of mind or if you didn't check the times. Email us if unsure.

COMMIT (12-week)
12-week minimum term. One 7-day pause in first 12 weeks. After 12 weeks: pause, change or cancel with 3 weeks' written notice to hello@kyndstudio.com.au.
FLEX memberships
No minimum term. Cancel, pause or change with 3 weeks' written notice. Pauses in 7-day blocks. Lock-in rate retained while membership stays active.
Packs + Intro Offers
No extensions, holds or transfers. Change-of-mind refunds not permitted. Activate by 1 May 2026. Expiry from date of first booking.
Lock-in rate
Rate locked for the lifetime of your membership while active. Cancel or change and return later — locked-in rate does not carry over.
10 spots per option
Strictly 10 spots per option. Won't reopen once sold out. Kynd runs 3 sales per year — this birthday sale is the biggest and the inclusions won't repeat.
Class cancellations
Cancel via app or website 4+ hours before class. Late cancel: $20 (unlimited) or loss of 1 pass. No-show: same. 1 fee waiver per month for weekly members.
